Studio Pilates Dunedin Central

We completed a high-end fitout for a new Pilates studio in central Dunedin, part of the international Studio Pilates chain.

The 160 square metre, ground floor studio features a dark-stained engineered oak floor, detailed plaster cornicing, an extensive AV installation, and Studio Pilates’ signature chandeliers.

With neighbours surrounding the site, our team endeavoured to work as quietly as possible. With an overseas designer in a different time zone, communication was key to the success of the project.

With no room on site to sort and store waste, we removed the bin every day and sorted it at our Dunedin yard, ensuring that site constraints were no barrier to achieving our sustainability goals.
